Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Guard Rail & Fencing Foreman to lead and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fencing and guard rail projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, crew leadership, and project management to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crews in the installation and repair of guard rail and fencing
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
• Operate and oversee the use of construction tools and equipment
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and management regarding project progress
• Train and mentor team members as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fencing and guard rail installation
• Leadership experience in a construction setting
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Job Summary

We are seeking union laborers to support our infrastructure painting and construction crews on active DOT and highway projects. Work includes surface preparation, containment setup, material handling, and general site support alongside our foremen and skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and containment setup on bridge and highway sites
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment on and off job sites
• Set up and maintain traffic control, signage, and safety barriers as directed
• Support foremen and skilled trades with general labor tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work site

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including nighttime lane-closure schedules
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior construction or highway/bridge experience a plus, not required
