Operating Guardrail & Fencing Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Guard Rail & Fencing Foreman to lead and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fencing and guard rail projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, crew leadership, and project management to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate crews in the installation and repair of guard rail and fencing
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Operate and oversee the use of construction tools and equipment
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and management regarding project progress
- Train and mentor team members as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fencing and guard rail installation
- Leadership experience in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
